Returns
All sales are final. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by contacting us. Please note that all returns must be authorized by us prior to sending any merchandise back.
To be eligible:

A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, the return must be received by us within 10 days.

The order number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns. Returns that lack a visible order number, fall outside the stated timeframe, or do not meet our return criteria may be denied at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Items showing any signs of use will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refunds
Shipping charges, taxes, and customs fees related to the original order or return are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
